My name is Brandy Tanner aka Brandy Ellen. I started my online career in 2006 as a virtual assistant after leaving a wonderful administrative assistant job.

I wanted to find a way to combine my love of working with my love of motherhood. The virtual assistant service industry just made sense to me. In 2008, I started blogging and have been a writer ever since.

I have been blessed with 100s of past and present clients who appreciate the time I’ve saved them from writing, the headaches I’ve saved them from building their blogs/websites, and the overall reliability I bring to their team. Writing is my jam, and WordPress is my favorite!

Content is delivered via Google Folders/Documents, Dropbox, or uploaded directly into your content management system (CMS). The delivery will vary based on the client’s needs, accessibility, and other factors we discussed during our initial consultation.

We currently accept payments from all over the world using a third-party payment processor. The payment processors we use include WaveApps Accounting software, Square, Stripe, Venmo, and WooCommerce Payments.

Our ghostwriters excel at capturing your unique voice and vision through an initial in-depth consultation and ongoing communication throughout the writing process. We encourage clients to provide as much input and feedback as possible to ensure the final manuscript or blog post aligns closely with their expectations.

    For an all-inclusive fee of $1000 per month, our WordPress Management Service offers a turnkey solution to managing your online content. This investment not only ensures the professional handling of your website’s content but also secures your peace of mind, knowing that your digital presence is continually nurtured and optimized for success.

    This monthly retainer fee ensures we are ready to assist at the pace you hired us to assist. You’re holding your spot in our calendar with this monthly retainer.

    This monthly retainer covers such services as:

    • Making minor edits to your WordPress website
    • Updating old blog posts as needed with new photos, alt image tags, and SEO updates to the posts such as adding headings and other details we see fit or at your request
    • Consider this service a monthly retainer for up to 20 blog posts per month but the updates can be for old posts, upcoming new posts, scheduling content, etc.
    • You pay the fee, and we chat about the monthly needs each month, and the person assigned to your website will send weekly reports so you know what was completed each week.

    We don’t service WordPress sites on a “per blog post” basis. If you want something more specific, let’s say you’re a blogger who wants something tailored to your specific needs; please get in touch with us for a quote. 

    If you find that you’re not using the full monthly, you can reduce the price for the following month’s invoice. This is a month-to-month investment, however, if you’re committed to the long-term we can place you on auto-pay via Square invoicing when you’re ready to streamline the process.     You should be ready to use this service from the date of hire. This means having draft blog posts in your WP dashboard, or folders of content for us to upload and edit to schedule. If you do not provide us with content in a timely fashion, we cannot extend into another month of service. Please provide the first week of content/tasks required & access to your WP blog within 24 hours after hiring us. After placing an order, you will have a PDF document that shows how to get the details to us.
